A complete training solution may involve more than one service. Depending on what you need to achieve, a project might combine consultation, training needs analysis, learning design, resource development, assessment, digital learning, LMS implementation, or workplace capability support.
We can help determine which services are appropriate or required and provide an agreed scope and cost before development begins.
We don't charge according to a service label. We cost the work required to achieve the agreed outcome.

A bigger budget doesn't necessarily mean a better solution. If you already have an established budget, we'll look at what needs to be achieved and determine what can realistically be delivered within the available resources.
This might mean prioritising the most important work, modifying, adapting, or making better use of existing resources, simplifying the solution or delivering the project in stages.
You won't be charged for something simply because we can provide it.
